Open gym is available during all class times, so you can come in and do your own thing if you'd like. Sometimes we just need to do our own thing and that is OK!

KIDS CLASS

Groove Fitness offers a child room where kids can be safe and have fun while their parents workout! Equipped with a 75-inch TV, with YouTube, Netflix and Disney Channel streaming options and lots of toys, it is a fun space where the kids can enjoy and parents can have peace of mind that the kids are safe!
